Brill Neurotech is building a wearable brain-computer interface. Worn like a helmet, it uses optical signals to detect metabolic activity on the surface of the brain, without the invasive procedures many other brain-computer interfaces need.

The team sees uses across medical and health technology, psychiatry, automation, marketing and advertising, and defense, with room for large-scale adoption.
